New super hero oc, I tried to do her in the teen titans go style but I failed greatly...
Anyways meet Anissa aka Narcissus, a 17 year old teenage orphan with a knack and passion for chemistry and biology. She has the ability to manipulate radiation and control plants. She can also regenerate parts of her body if they are hurt or all together gone (chopped off). Her nails also secrete a poison that can put a person into paralysis.
